At 424 Systems LLC dba The Plant Gorilla (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we want you to feel confident purchasing from us. This Refund & Return Policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

1. Digital Products (E-books, courses, downloads, challenges, etc.)

  • All digital products are covered by a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of purchase.
  • If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a refund within 30 days.
  • To request a refund, email us at admin@theplantgorilla.com with:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Product purchased
    • A short note explaining the issue (optional but helpful)

Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

No hidden fees: We do not charge restocking or processing fees for eligible digital refunds.

2. Physical Products (If/When Applicable)

If we offer physical products (books, merchandise, etc.), the following applies unless a specific product page states otherwise:

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • To start a return, email admin@theplantgorilla.com with your order number and photos (if there is damage or defect).
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 14 days of approval.
  • Unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law:

  • Gift cards or promo codes
  • Services that have already been delivered (1:1 consulting, coaching sessions that have occurred, etc.)
  • Any product explicitly marked “non-refundable” at checkout

4. Chargebacks

If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us first at admin@theplantgorilla.com. Initiating a chargeback without giving us a chance to resolve the issue may be considered misuse of the payment system.
