The Adventurous Founders of The Plant Gorilla

Brett Lynch (former Navy SEAL) and MuLLady MBA are so passionate about helping others optimize results because their experiences gave them a glimpse into the quality of life all of us can experience once we choose to adopt the lifestyle of peak performers. Brett and MuLLady have always sought a higher quality of life. During this long journey, they started to realize that making healthy food choices is required to maximize performance. Over the years as each of them studied health and fitness they found conflicting opinions. It took trial and error to discover the transformative secrets that create desired results, so it is very important to choose wisely the experts we allow into our world.

Brett and MuLLady met during SEAL training years ago. After surviving Hell Week together they were bonded for life. During their training, they found out that attitude, energy, and mental toughness makes all the difference. Both of them learned how to maximize performance, and they uncovered little known information that everyone could use to control their fate . Elite athletes understand that the mind must lead the body to create extraordinary results, and every individual driven towards success must develop a successful mindset. Each person is molded by both their triumphs and their shortfalls. We are all knocked down; standing up, dusting ourselves off, embracing our lessons, locking in our resolve, and choosing to improve today is the only way to create the visions that live in the deepest parts of our souls. MuLLady and Brett had to learn like everyone else with blood, sweat, and tears; they just volunteered for a more extreme route than most, and in the process gained wisdom useful to anyone interested in creating better results.

After years in the SEAL teams, Brett left with many depressing injuries which resulted from a high-speed life on the razor’s edge. MuLLady, after one wrong decision, ended his special operations career before it got started. After successfully completing Hell Week, later in training he ended up in the hospital for 30 days, fast-tracked to his new life as a civilian. Both of these men acquired helpful knowledge during periods of recovery that many people from all walks of life find extremely valuable.

Interestingly though Brett and MuLLady’s deepest connection came from an obsession with health, fitness, and self-help topics. After their military careers, as they both pursued their college educations they constantly sought to improve their lives. Both of these leaders experienced significant success with their companies and also the opposite as business owners. Each life experience was a lesson; knowledge picked up from books, audios, classrooms, podcasts, videos, websites, or seminars after applied in the real world was converted into true wisdom. They quickly learned that passing on accurate information to other like-minded people, thirsty for improvement, is the only path to mastery.

These two warriors offer different perspectives deepening the effectiveness of their message. Brett is the trusted family man with his loving wife Eva, and his two sons Deklin, and Ronan. He is a person who is intensely driven to lift others upward. MuLLady, the broken soul, is more of a free spirit that seems to hold on to youthful ways, which is kept in check by his desire to help others get the most out of life.

Brett and MuLLady created The Plant Gorilla (TPG) to willingly share accurate tested knowledge that produces optimal results for the adventurous people driven to continuously improve the quality of their lives. It is becoming clearer each day, more evidence is mounting that a Plant-Based lifestyle is the path to create the youthful energy required to achieve dreams. Being performance experts, they understand the importance of identity and our core beliefs.
